Our Leadership Team
Dr. Dinkels had practiced over 15 years as a pulmonary intensivist.
He is the founder and chief clinician of CRITICAL CARE TELEMEDICINE PLLC.
Prior to founding the practice in 2018, he was the medical director of Critical Care at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany, NY, and served on the Pulmonary Critical Care Clinical Excellence Council for the ICU's governing health system organization.
Dr. Dinkels is board certified in critical care medicine, pulmonary medicine, and internal medicine. He completed training at Jefferson Medical College, Lenox Hill Hospital, Jacobi Medical Center, and Montefiore Medical Center.
In his free time, Dr. Dinkels enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with his children.
PULMONARY SERVICE DIRECTOR
Dr. Jamie Masson has practiced over 20 years as a pulmonary intensivist.
Currently, she serves as the Director of Pulmonary Medicine in one ICU and shares directorship responsibilities in another ICU.
Dr. Masson is board certified in critical care medicine, pulmonary medicine, and internal medicine. She completed training at St. George's School of Medicine, King-Drew Medical Center, and UCLA/Cedars Sinai Medical Center.
In her free time, Dr. Masson enjoys traveling and biking abroad, and spending quality time with her family.
CRITICAL CARE SERVICE DIRECTOR
Dr. Greenhouse had practiced over 30 years as a pulmonary intensivist.
He's previously been the director at 2 busy ICU's in New York.
He currently works in three ICU’s, is the director of two LTACs, and practices hyperbaric medicine.
Dr. Greenhouse is board certified in critical care medicine, pulmonary medicine, and internal medicine. He completed training at Albany Medical Center.
In his free time, Dr. Greenhouse enjoys boating, golfing, and babysitting his 6 month old granddaughter.
NEPHROLOGY SERVICE DIRECTOR
Dr. Carsillo has practiced for over 20 years as a clinical nephrologist in Albany NY.
His Nephrology Fellowship training was completed at Albert Einstein Medical Center. He is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Albany Medical College and has been a long-time managing partner for his private practice. He has served as Division Chief of Nephrology at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany NY. He sits on the Medical Advisory Board for a Large Dialysis Organization
He has a passion for home dialysis. He is the inventor of a medical device and a mentor for practices engaging in home therapies growth. He sees the importance of cooperation between medicine and industry and has created successful value-based care program regional health plans.
He is respected in his community as a business and health care leader and holds an elected seat on several boards. He is actively engaged in the expanding role of telemedicine in his role with Critical Care Telemedicine PLLC. His passion for his work, innovation and novel therapeutics are manifest in his clinical practice and speaking engagements.
